Within sports medicine, we offer internal and cardiology examinations of athletes with the evaluation of possible serious risks (including exclusion of the feared sudden cardiac death, which is caused by so-called hypertrophic cardiomyopathy), evaluation of the athlete´s performance during stress tests, including examination of so-called anaerobic threshold, as well as sports rehabilitation and reconditioning. In case of sports injuries, also timely diagnostics and treatment, including surgeries.
Our cooperating departments have experience with treatment and rehabilitation of top athletes and teams of sports clubs (clubs of national ice hockey league, continental hockey league and other). We also cooperate with the best conditioning coaches.
